Electronics Design Engineer Graduate Programme

Job Description:

As a Graduate IC Design Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the design and development of our world-leading electro-optical system products under the guidance of experienced Electronics Engineering Leads. You will be introduced to utilizing state-of-the-art methods, technology, and tools to explore all aspects of the development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, implementation, test, and acceptance.

You will work at transistor, cell, or block level, gaining the ability to translate design requirements into verified design solutions quickly and accurately to achieve the specification and project schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the design and development of electro-optical system products
  • Utilize state-of-the-art methods, technology, and tools to explore all aspects of the development lifecycle
  • Work at transistor, cell, or block level to translate design requirements into verified design solutions
  • Collaborate with experienced Electronics Engineering Leads to achieve project goals
Requirements:
  • Educated to degree level in Electronics or a related field
  • Experience of using simulation tools
  • A passion for solving complex engineering problems
  • The drive to learn the skills required to become a professional Electronics Engineer
  • Evidence of working to tight timescales
  • The ability to work as a contributory engineering team member
