About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Postdoctoral Research Assistant to join our team in the School of Engineering and Materials Science at Queen Mary University of London. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating numerical models of biomechanical structures and validating them through experimental work.
About You
To be considered for this role, you should have a PhD in mechanical engineering, biomedical engineering, or biomechanics. You should be able to demonstrate the ability to write scientific journals and have knowledge of using the ABAQUS simulation software package within the area of biomedical engineering.

Requirements
The post is a full-time, fixed-term appointment for 48 months, with a possibility of extension. The starting salary will be Grade 4/5 (£40,223-£47,178) per annum, inclusive of London Allowance. We are open to considering applications from candidates wishing to work flexibly.
