About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Parts Advisor to join our team at Black Fox Solutions. As a key member of our commercial vehicle sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Dealing with parts inquiries and orders from customers, both over the phone and in person.
  • Selling and promoting our products to existing and new customers, building strong relationships and driving sales growth.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date stock control systems to ensure efficient and effective inventory management.
  • Picking and dispatching parts from our warehouse, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to customers.
  • Performing administrative tasks related to parts ordering, returns, and customer service.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong ability to use initiative and work independently.
  • Full driving license and ability to travel to customer sites as required.
