Primary Education Specialist

GSL Education is seeking a qualified KS2 Teacher to join their team in Merseyside. This long-term contract opportunity provides the chance to work in various schools, gaining experience across different year groups and subjects. The ideal candidate will have a positive and adaptable approach, excellent classroom management skills, and a driving license (preferable).
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering pre-planned lessons, maintaining classroom management, and assessing student progress. You'll work in a variety of schools, covering classes as needed, and will need to be flexible and able to adapt to different school environments and year groups. A qualified teacher with QTS/PGCE, flexibility and adaptability, classroom management skills, and a driving license (preferable) is required.
Salary: £100 - £140 per annum
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Pre-Planned Lessons: Confidently carry out lesson plans left by permanent staff, adapting as needed to meet student needs.
- Maintain Classroom Management: Foster a positive, structured classroom environment, using effective behaviour management strategies to keep students engaged and on track.
- Assess and Support Students: Provide encouragement, monitor progress as required, and assist students in understanding lesson content.
