Job Title: Identity and Access Management Systems Administrator

Proprius Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management Systems Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our Security team, you will be responsible for providing IAM/IDAM Systems Admin support and SME experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design or manage Privileged Access and other similar entitled reviews.
  2. Design or manage a resilient Joiner, Mover and Leaver Process (JML).
  3. Oversee the Governance and Oversight of identity and access management function delivered as a service by service providers to meet EMEA business requirements.
  4. Manage the day-to-day provisioning, re-certification, and related activities of Security Access Administration in London, serving as a contact point for escalation across EMEA.
  5. Act as a security liaison with EMEA business units to actively seek out improvement opportunities in Identity & Access Management.
  6. Support the Governance, Regulatory & Compliance function within the Security team to provide timely responses to regulatory/audit requests.

Requirements:

  • Experience in IAM/IDAM Systems Administration.
  • Strong understanding of Privileged Access and entitled reviews.
  • Ability to design and manage a resilient Joiner, Mover and Leaver Process (JML).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
