At Abbotts, we're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Real Estate Professional to join our dynamic residential sales team in Hunstanton. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, and progressing sales through to exchange and completion.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike. You'll be a self-motivated and organized individual, with a strong work ethic and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, and negotiate offers
  • Progress sales through to exchange and completion
  • Optimize opportunities to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues

Requirements

  • Preferably an experienced sales person
  • Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
  • A Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
