Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Trainee Mortgage Advisor to join our team at Countrywide Mortgage Services. As a Trainee Mortgage Advisor, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in mortgage advice and sales, while working with a leading estate agency and property services provider in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide mortgage advice and guidance to clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Build relationships with the Estate Agency team, working closely with them to identify new business opportunities.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to discuss best practice and build strong relationships with colleagues.
  • Attract new customers and business, while achieving professional goals within a result-driven environment.

Requirements:

  • Resilient, positive, and friendly can-do attitude.
  • Strong track record in generating new sales and following through to completion.
  • Motivated to be successful and achieve professional goals.
  • Always doing the right thing by the customer.
  • Able to work under pressure and build strong alliances.
  • Attention to detail and good customer service skills.
  • Full UK driving license.
