Hospital Cleaning Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Hospital Cleaning Specialist to join our team at Compass Group UK & Ireland. As a key member of our healthcare services team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and infection control within our hospitals.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all areas of the hospital are clean, safe, and presentable for patients, visitors, and staff. This includes high and low dusting, mopping, wiping, and scrubbing surfaces, as well as cleaning wards, side rooms, toilets, showers, infected, and public areas.
You will also be required to maintain high hospital standards by following policies and procedures, use equipment safely, and communicate effectively with patients, visitors, and healthcare staff.

- Maintaining high hospital standards by ensuring all areas are clean, safe, and presentable

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a passion for patient care, be able to work under pressure, individually and as part of a team, and have a flexible approach to meet the needs of the business. You should also be confident working in a hospital environment and aware that you may come into contact with patients who are particularly unwell or showing signs of distress.
