Job Title: Special Education Performing Arts Teacher

About the Job:

We are seeking a qualified teacher to work with students in a secondary special education setting. The ideal candidate will have experience working with challenging behavior and enjoy interacting with children. They should be able to plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to student needs, foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment, and collaborate with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community to support student success.



Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Current DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to complete a new DBS check
  • Teaching experience preferred, but newly qualified teachers also welcome


Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this role is £25,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a competitive package including small class sizes of 6-8 pupils, PPA at home on Friday mornings, lunch included every day, and opportunities for a permanent school contract.
