Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the engineering department's operations and projects, contributing to the development of the company's budget and strategic planning, and fostering a collaborative and innovation-driven workplace environment.

  • Direct and oversee the engineering department's operations and projects.
  • Contribute to the development of the company's budget and strategic planning.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovation-driven workplace environment.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Stay abreast with the latest trends and advancements in the Technology & Telecoms industry.
Requirements

The successful Head of Engineering should have:

  • A degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven leadership skills and the ability to drive team performance.
  • Strong strategic planning and business development skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Technology & Telecoms industry.
  • Proficiency in project management and team collaboration software.
  • Knowledge of PHP, Laravel, and Python is advantageous.
