Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Development Agronomy Manager to join our team in East Anglia. This role involves managing a portfolio of farming customers, developing technical development plans, and providing technical training.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and build relationships with farming customers, providing agronomic advice, sales, and support on fertilisers and bio-stimulants.
  • Develop relationships with distributors and independent agronomists, providing advice and support where required.
  • Prepare and implement technical development plans, ensuring the product range is at the forefront of technology.
  • Provide technical training internally and externally, including speaking at events, conferences, and exhibitions.
Requirements
  • A degree at BSc or above in a relevant qualification.
  • FACS and BASIS are highly desirable.
  • Experience of advising and selling relevant products on farm.
  • Exceptional technical understanding of agronomic practices, crop nutrition, and crop products.
Compensation

The successful candidate will receive an attractive salary package in line with their experience. Estimated annual salary: £60,000 - £80,000.
