Crop Physiology and Pathology Researcher

We are seeking a highly skilled Crop Physiologist and Pathologist to join our team at ADAS. As a key member of our Sustainable Agricultural Systems Business, you will be responsible for delivering practical research on agricultural and horticultural crops, focusing on pathology and physiology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and conduct on-site trials to investigate crop performance and disease management.
  • Analyze data and provide recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues to ensure project success.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and technological advancements in crop physiology and pathology.
Requirements:
  • A degree in a relevant field, such as crop science, plant biology, or agronomy.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • A valid full driving license to drive manual vehicles in the UK.
  • Flexibility to travel within the UK and overseas.
