Job Summary:

This role is responsible for supporting the Commercial Director in providing thought leadership within the industry, leveraging marketing strategies to build a network of strategic partnerships within the NHS. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of digital health services, particularly within the NHS.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a real-time understanding of the market landscape and position the company effectively.
  • Pursue growth of the platform and drive revenue generation.
  • Support the GLP1 model by providing psychological and social support for weight loss medication.
  • Develop and maintain annual and quarterly regional sales forecasts and planning.
  • Foster strong relationships with the NHS and internally, ensuring customer success.
  • Establish credibility through consultative sales practices and build relationships with department heads, key decision makers, and influencers within existing and potential customers, including C-suite executives.
  • Enhance sales processes, tools, and secure commercial engagements.
  • Contribute to market competitor/pricing intelligence, analytics, and strategic recommendations.

Salary Estimate: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
