Business Growth Manager

Job Summary:This role is responsible for supporting the Commercial Director in providing thought leadership within the industry, leveraging marketing strategies to build a network of strategic partnerships within the NHS. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of digital health services, particularly within the NHS.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain a real-time understanding of the market landscape and position the company effectively.
- Pursue growth of the platform and drive revenue generation.
- Support the GLP1 model by providing psychological and social support for weight loss medication.
- Develop and maintain annual and quarterly regional sales forecasts and planning.
- Foster strong relationships with the NHS and internally, ensuring customer success.
- Establish credibility through consultative sales practices and build relationships with department heads, key decision makers, and influencers within existing and potential customers, including C-suite executives.
- Enhance sales processes, tools, and secure commercial engagements.
- Contribute to market competitor/pricing intelligence, analytics, and strategic recommendations.
Salary Estimate: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
