Perinatal Mental Health Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced psychologist to lead the development of our perinatal mental health service, supporting the mental health of mothers and their babies.
The Lothian Perinatal Mental Health Service is a multidisciplinary team that provides assessment and specialist treatment for women and birthing people experiencing complex and severe mental health difficulties. We are looking for a motivated and experienced leader who can demonstrate their commitment to delivering a service that is accessible and respectful to all we serve.
The successful candidate will have substantial experience of working with women and birthing people, parent-infant dyads, and vulnerable patients. They will be able to steer and lead the continued development of our psychological provision, ensuring that it meets the needs of our service users.
Please note that this is a part-time position, and the salary will be pro-rata.
