The Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic Store Manager to join our team in Loch Lomond. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will work closely with the Area Manager to achieve store targets and contribute to the overall success of the Frasers Group.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Operations:
    • Lead and manage a team of sales assistants to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
    • Ensure the store is merchandised to the highest standards, with a focus on visual merchandising and stock management.
    • Manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures, stock control, and cash handling.
  2. Sales:
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and meet targets.
    • Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
    • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues promptly.
  3. Development:
    • Identify and develop talent within the team, providing coaching and training to support career development.
    • Contribute to the development of the store's sales and operations strategy.

Requirements

  • 3 years' experience in a retail management role, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
