We are seeking an accomplished Luxury Copywriter to join our team, driving the creation of engaging content that showcases the essence of our brand and hotels.

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role

As a Luxury Copywriter at Dorchester Collection, you will play a pivotal role in crafting compelling stories that bring our hotels' unique personalities to life. Your primary responsibility will be to develop high-quality copy for various marketing channels, ensuring consistency with our brand tone and voice.

You will work closely with our global hotel marketing teams to understand their needs and create tailored content solutions that drive results. This includes producing captivating webpages, blog posts, gift shop product descriptions, and booking engine content that resonates with our target audience.

In addition, you will collaborate with designers to produce collateral such as brochures, flyers, invitations, and print advertising, while also offering feedback and edits on hotel collateral like menus, signage, and in-room items.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop engaging copy for various marketing channels, including websites, social media, email newsletters, and print materials.
  • Collaborate with designers to produce high-quality visual content, ensuring consistency with our brand guidelines.
  • Provide feedback and edits on hotel collateral, ensuring alignment with our brand tone and voice.
  • Work closely with hotel marketing teams to understand their needs and develop tailored content solutions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor activity, and best practices in copywriting and content marketing.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in English, Creative Writing, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in copywriting, preferably in the luxury hospitality sector.
  • An excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with designers, marketers, and other stakeholders.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and digital marketing tools.
  • A passion for storytelling and a keen eye for detail.
