Key Responsibilities- Manage a team of delay analysts working on complex projects
- Contribute to expert report writing and provide specialist advice to clients
- Deliver expert delay and forensic planning services to clients
- Develop and pursue claims up or down the supply chain
- Build relationships with construction industry solicitors and influential contacts within the construction industry
- 15 years of experience in delay, planning, and related construction and engineering industry experience
- Strong working knowledge of planning software such as Primavera and Asta PowerProject
- Experience in managing a team of delay analysts and providing specialist advice to clients
- Relevant MSc in engineering and/or Construction Law and Disputes LLM is desirable
- Competitive salary up to £90k (DOE)
