Job Description

As a Support Worker for Independent Living, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to maintain their independence and quality of life. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily activities, providing companionship, and taking part in light cleaning duties. You will also receive ongoing training and support to ensure your skills and confidence grow in this rewarding role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, be compassionate and empathetic, and have a strong desire to make a positive difference in the lives of others. A driver with access to a car is essential, and you must have the right to work in the UK. While prior experience in care is beneficial, we welcome applicants who are eager to learn and develop their skills.
