About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Site Services Engineer to join our team at one of the largest FMCG manufacturers in the country. As a Site Services Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining a range of equipment, including boilers, air filtration systems, PSSR systems, FGAS, refrigeration, and air compressors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct routine plant services preventative maintenance, including refrigeration, legionella testing, and air compressors
  • Carry out legislative testing and inspections
  • Supervise plant services installations
  • Ensure the close monitoring and control of contractors
  • Provide assistance to the maintenance team and provide emergency callout cover where required
  • Ensure all procedures and systems are kept up to date
  • Comply with Health & Safety, Food Hygiene, and Environmental Legislation
About You

To be considered for this role, you should have gained engineering skills in electrical or multi-skilled electrical bias, hold a formal engineering qualification minimum NVQ level 3/C&G level 3, and be able to fault find and problem solve both electrically and mechanically.

You should also have an excellent understanding of site, buildings, and machinery compliance to health and safety requirements, including PUWER & COSHH, and knowledge of general building practices, working with water and electrical appliances, and experience of maintaining boilers.
