Part Time Payroll Administrator Opportunity
This is a great opportunity to join a growing mid-size organisation as a Part Time Payroll Administrator. You will have good Excel skills with some strong payroll experience gained within a growing organisation. Working with the payroll bureau, you will be the individual employees go to with any payroll related queries, and you will ensure payroll is managed effectively. The organisation has a great culture and environment and offers hybrid home working.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting all payroll activities, including payroll processing and payroll reporting
- Building trusted relationships with employees around payroll activities, providing excellent customer service and communication
- Excel analysis and data management
- Communicating and resolving all payroll issues, ensuring timely and accurate resolution
- Attention to detail and understanding of payroll legislation and regulations
- Producing weekly reports and ad hoc reporting as required
- Working closely with the bureau to ensure an effective payroll solution, leveraging their expertise and resources
The ideal candidate will have strong payroll experience and understanding, and good Excel skills, as well as being an excellent communicator and 'people' person. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will be committed to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
