Working with the payroll bureau, you will be the key point of contact for employees with any payroll-related queries, and you will ensure payroll is managed effectively. Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting all payroll activities, including processing payroll, managing employee data, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
- Building trusted relationships with employees around payroll activities, providing excellent customer service and resolving any payroll-related issues.
- Performing Excel analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Communicating with employees and management to ensure payroll is managed effectively.
- Attention to detail and understanding of payroll legislation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Producing regular reports to management and the payroll bureau.
- Working closely with the bureau to ensure an effective payroll solution.
- Ad hoc reporting and data analysis.
The ideal candidate will have strong payroll experience and understanding, good Excel skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
