Private Client Solicitor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join our team in the North West region. As a Private Client Solicitor, you will be responsible for advising clients on a range of private client services, including wills, probate, and elderly client advice.

About the Role:

  • Advising clients on wills, trusts, and estate planning
  • Assessing estates for potential tax liabilities
  • Preparing and administering wills and trusts
  • Providing advice on elderly client matters, including Court of Protection applications
  • Working with clients to identify and implement estate and wealth protection measures
