Job Title: Sales Consultant Trainee and Experienced

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Consultant Trainee and Experienced to join our team at Air Charter Service.

About the Role

As a Sales Consultant Trainee and Experienced, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of private charter sales, from understanding client needs to sourcing the appropriate aircraft and arranging travel and catering. You will work closely with our experienced team to develop your skills and knowledge of the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the sales process from initial contact to completion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Source and recommend aircraft and services to meet client needs
  • Arrange travel and catering for clients
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role in luxury products and services
  • Fluent Vietnamese language skills
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to build strong relationships
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ambitious and motivated with a willingness to learn and develop new skills
  • Hardworking and flexible with the ability to work under pressure
  • Organized with the ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Comfortable working towards targets and KPIs
  • Strong resilience and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
