Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Technical Manager to join our team in Yorkshire. As a key member of our Sales Team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering technical and commercial support to our customers, driving market share growth and meeting challenging sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical sales support to distributors, consultants, processors, purchasing groups, and farmers
  • Organize trials demonstrations and provide proactive product stewardship
  • Work closely with other functions to link customer needs to sales offerings and demand generation
  • Drive sales growth and meet challenging sales objectives

Requirements

  • Understanding of the Crop Production Industry (Crop Protection, Seeds, and Digital farming tools)
  • Aptitude for selling with strong influencing and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with/for an Agricultural Purchasing Group
  • BASIS qualified (Crop Protection)
  • FACTS is advantageous but not a prerequisite
