Sales Negotiator Position for New Build Homes

We are recruiting an experienced Sales Negotiator to join our Land and New Homes team at Maitland Selwyn. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for negotiating the sale of new build homes and promoting new home developments across Bristol, North Somerset, and Gloucestershire.

Your primary objectives will include:

  • Negotiating the sale of new build homes with branches across three locations
  • Promoting new home developments and properties to potential buyers
  • Developing business by securing new instructions from developers
  • Providing site appraisals and supporting site-based sales negotiators

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in new home property sales and excellent communication and negotiation skills. They should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines consistently. A basic salary of up to £30,000 (dependent on previous experience) is offered, with an OTE of up to £45,000. You will also receive 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays, increasing upon completion of 3 and 6 years' service.
