We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced House Porter to join our team at 45 Park Lane. As a House Porter, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless delivery of exceptional service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Provide discreet and intuitive service to guests, ensuring their needs are met with a high level of attention to detail.
- Be responsible for the maintenance of guest rooms, including deep cleaning and ensuring all amenities are in working order.
- Assist with special requests, such as setting up events, providing additional supplies, and moving furniture as needed.
- Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
