We are looking for two new Client Administrators to join our Client Administration team on a permanent basis. This role will be based at our South Quay office, working alongside our Baker Street office.
The primary focus of this role is taking ownership of day-to-day processing of compliance and billing administration tasks on client matters. The Client Administration team assists with matters across all of our legal departments. Official working hours are 8:30 am – 6:30 pm on a shift basis, working 7 hours a day (1 hour for lunch). Job Description
This role will involve managing the Client Inception Module (CIM), liaising with Executive Assistants, Legal Secretaries, and fee earners as necessary, by ensuring all activities and duties adhere to risk and compliance requirements. Tasks include supporting case-related work, completing tasks for matters/files, producing first draft engagement letters, running narratives from the system, printing WIP reports and billing guides, and working closely with the accounts team.
