Key Responsibilities- Perform data analysis to track progress against our Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), aid strategic planning, and generate insights to inform decision-making.
- Support the design and deployment of our communications and engagement plans, as well as initiatives that drive our culture.
- Project manage the transition of our services to a newly-negotiated Enterprise Facilities Management contract.
- Identify and implement business process improvements through an operational effectiveness mindset.
- Support preparation for internal and external audits to maintain our regulatory license.
- Perform local management monitoring activities to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
