About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Product Owner to join our Trustee & Depositary team in London-HYBRID. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in defining the overall vision, execution, measurement, and business outcomes for our data strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, data analysts, and data engineers to understand data requirements, data strategy, and deliver data solutions.
  • Use data to make, justify, and measure investment decisions.
  • Own the client and business outcomes, with clear articulation and quantification of the business value.
  • Bring enthusiasm, drive, and energy to the product development process.
Requirements
  • Experience in delivering data products.
  • Experience in product-based roles in complex, enterprise, security services, custody, or trustee and depositary environments.
  • Strong analytical and management skills, familiar with Agile methodology, and played an active role in scrums such as backlog refinement, sprint planning, and execution.
  • The ability to apply backlog prioritization to define sprint goals and enable iterative deliveries is key.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong governance regimes ensuring books of work are accounted for and appropriate controls and oversight are in place.
