Data Product Owner - Operational

At Frasers Group, we're seeking a skilled Data Product Owner to oversee the lifecycle of our data products. This individual will ensure optimal performance and alignment with business objectives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define product vision, strategy, and requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and communicate a clear vision and strategy for data products, aligning with business goals and market needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements, translating them into actionable plans.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of data products, including data ingestion, processing, and quality assurance.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all data products.
  • Monitor product performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a data-focussed Business Analyst, Product Owner, or a related role.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyse complex data sets and translate insights into actionable product features.
  • Experience with KPIs and OKRs, with the ability to set and drive clear KPIs and OKRs within a complex technology and data landscape.
  • High technical acumen, with the ability to communicate well with the Business, Architecture, and Engineering teams.
