We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled General Manager to lead our successful pub, The Boat House in Daventry. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned operator to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and mentor a talented team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and attract new customers.
- Manage all aspects of the pub, including staff management, financial planning, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with the area manager to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
- Implement Marston's core values and standards to ensure a premium customer experience.

The Boat House is a stunning premium-food business located in a picturesque canal-side setting. The pub boasts an impressive Signature food menu and a popular Sunday Carvery offer. The Boat House is a highly seasonal business, with sales peaking during the summer months.
