About the Position

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Tesco Delivery Driver to join our team. As a key member of our delivery operation, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive their shopping on time and in good condition.

The successful candidate will be responsible for loading and unloading vans and trays, ensuring accurate orders, and providing excellent customer service. They will also be expected to maintain a clean and organized workspace and build strong relationships with colleagues.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £12.92-£14.05 per hour, depending on location and experience. Employees can also expect a range of benefits, including 20-25 days' annual leave, flexible working arrangements, and access to free wellbeing services.

Duties and Responsibilities

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, handling cash and credit transactions, and being part of a dynamic team. As a Tesco Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for:

  • Loading and unloading vans and trays
  • Ensuring accurate orders and resolving any issues
  • Providing excellent customer service and communicating effectively
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates should have a valid UK/EU/EEA driving license, be able to lift heavy objects, and possess excellent communication skills. Experience working in a fast-paced environment or a background in customer-facing roles would be advantageous.
