As a Project Delivery Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of internal product development projects by planning, forecasting, tracking, and reporting project activities against agreed KPIs to key business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate schedule, cost, and progress status forecasts for assigned projects
  • Identify, monitor, and report on Risks, Issues, Actions, and Decisions relevant to assigned projects
  • Present reports on project status and forecast according to organisational governance standards
  • Coordinate the formulation, approval, execution, and closure of assigned projects in line with organisational governance standards
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of Codan Limited's project management practices and standards

Requirements:

We are seeking an experienced professional with high-level expertise in project reporting and delivery environments. You should have demonstrable experience within Azure DevOps or other aligned software project planning and delivery pipeline management toolsets. A strong understanding of project governance and risk reporting is essential.

In addition, you should possess excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage with all stakeholders. A willingness to challenge the status quo and facilitate ongoing continuous improvement activities is also required.

A post-secondary degree/diploma in IT, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field would be highly beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. Other benefits include a career development program, flexible working hours, employee assistance program, and short-term incentive program.
