About the Role

This is a dynamic and varied role that provides support across all KINTO Operational departments, ensuring seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction. As an Operations Associate, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling queries via telephone and email, and providing timely and effective resolutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Premier Team: Make electronic bookings for vehicles' service, maintenance, and repair work, liaise with internal departments and external partners to resolve customer queries, and provide a point of contact for customer inquiries.
  • Downtime: Proactively monitor and manage downtime on KINTO Fleet vehicles, liaise with internal departments and external partners to resolve customer queries, and provide a point of contact for customer inquiries.
  • Incident Management: Handle customer inquiries, work with repair centers, body shops, and mobile repairers, and manage repair processes to ensure timely and effective resolutions.
  • Fleet Admin: Process fines, Congestion Charges, ULEZ charges, and CAZ charges, manage V5 documents, relicense vehicles, and manage the Motor Insurance Database.
  • Remarketing: Request and manage End of Contract (EOC) Inspect & Collection (I&C) requests, publish vehicles for sale, and assist in customer monthly reports and end-of-contract charges.

  • Organized to manage own workload, problem-solving, and solutions-focused.
  • Self-motivated with enthusiasm to succeed, excellent call and email quality, and attention to detail.
