Mortgage and Protection Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Mortgage and Protection Specialist to join our team at The New Homes Group in Chesterfield. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and will be rewarded with a competitive salary and uncapped commission.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Building relationships with estate agency teams to provide training and support.
  • Attracting new customers and business while achieving professional goals in a result-driven environment.
  • Providing advice on a range of products and services to meet customer needs.
  • Participating in regular branch meetings to discuss best practice and build lasting relationships.

Requirements:

  • Full CeMAP or industry equivalent qualification.
  • Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience.
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems).
  • A Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
