About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper/Accounts Administrator to join our client's accounts team in Dungannon, BT70. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing sales and purchase ledgers, performing credit control, bank reconciliations, payroll, and assisting with management and year-end accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage sales and purchase ledgers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  2. Perform credit control and collection activities to ensure timely payment from customers.
  3. Reconcile bank statements, maintain accurate cash flow records, and perform other banking-related tasks.
  4. Administer payroll, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  5. Assist with the preparation of management accounts and year-end accounts, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have recent relevant experience in a finance team, with a focus on bookkeeping and accounting. You should also possess excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines. Additionally, you should have a strong understanding of computerized accounts packages and Microsoft Excel.
