Enerpac Tool Group is seeking a seasoned Commercial Director to lead our Service business in EMEA. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the regional service strategy to achieve sales and profitability targets.
- Manage and execute sales and marketing strategies for the Service LOB in EMEA, including sales team management, key client relationships, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Shape and execute the Region's commercial strategy for products, driving revenue growth and profitability.
- Lead the development and execution of the regional service marketing plan and pricing strategies.
- Manage the effectiveness and ROI of marketing activities, including promotions, trade shows, lead generation events, newsletters, website, and social media activity.
- Ensure accurate market mapping and competitor analysis to inform decision-making.
- Develop and manage KPIs on service line performance and develop initiatives to drive growth.
- Manage the service commercial budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost effectiveness.
- Forecast annual product and manpower requirements, collaborating with operations to manage targeted inventory and FST levels.
- Hire and develop a high-performing sales team focused on YOY sales and profit margin growth.
- Drive a culture of accountability and teamwork within the sales team and Region.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, ethical standards, and Company policies.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years in a senior management EMEA-based commercial role.
- Experience working in the EMEA oil and gas sector, particularly in the North Sea, Mainland Europe, and Middle East.
- Previous experience working in a US corporation is a distinct advantage.
- Degree qualified in a relevant discipline or MBA.
- Demonstrable people leadership, with a track record of hiring and developing high-performing sales teams.
- Proven track record in achieving revenue and margin growth through strategic thinking and execution.
- Fluency in English language; other European languages beneficial.
- Capability of managing across functional boundaries in a matrix structure.
- Proficiency in using electronic spreadsheet, database, word processing, and graphical presentation software (Microsoft Office applications Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, CRM systems).
