About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Used Car Sales Manager to join our team at Cambria Automobiles. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of sales professionals, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team
  • Drive business growth through effective sales strategies and tactics
  • Purchase and manage used car stock to meet market demand
  • Advertise and price stock to maximize sales potential
  • Ensure the forecourt and showroom are maintained to the highest standards
  • Manage customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and company policies

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a sales management role within the motor trade. You will also need to be confident in your ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences, manage a team, and drive sales growth.

You will be a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, and you will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to have a full clean UK driving license and be willing to undergo a Basic DBS check and adverse financial background check.
