We are seeking an exceptional Used Car Sales Manager Branch Manager to join our team at Cambria Automobiles.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and innovative company that is revolutionising the used car industry. As a Used Car Sales Manager Branch Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service. You will also be responsible for managing the used car stock, advertising and pricing stock to the market, and ensuring the forecourt and showroom are up to the required standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, motivate, develop, and retain a high-performing sales team
  • Drive the business to achieve budgeted sales levels
  • Purchase and manage the used car stock
  • Advertise and price stock to the market
  • Ensure the forecourt and showroom are up to the required standards
  • Manage all enquiries coming into the business
  • Deal with any issues that may arise within the dealership
  • Ensure FCA compliance within the department

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least 2 years' experience in a sales management role within the motor trade. You will also need to have a 'Full Clean UK Driving Licence' and be willing to undergo a Basic DBS check and adverse financial background check.
