Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Packaging Designer to join our team at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating innovative and effective packaging designs that drive business results and support our brand strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Concept Development: Collaborate with the design team to develop thoughtful and innovative packaging concepts that meet business objectives and align with our brand strategy.
  • Design Execution: Create and execute high-quality packaging designs for primary and secondary packaging, gifting campaigns, and related collateral materials.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Effectively present and communicate creative objectives and concepts to internal cross-functional teams, including product marketing, consumer engagement, packaging development, and global creative.
  • Project Management: Partner with project managers and creative operations to ensure deadlines are met and projects are delivered on time.
  • Quality Control: Ensure a high level of excellence and attention to detail in all creative work produced and executed.
  • Sustainability and Innovation: Drive sustainability and stay up-to-date with the latest design and technology trends in packaging.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Packaging Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in packaging and graphic design, with a strong understanding of typography and technical skills in developing packaging from concept to final product.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Experience with 3D rendering software is an advantage.
  • Personal Qualities: Proactive, self-motivated, and innovative design skills, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
