Join Our Team as a Finance Director

Orka Financial is currently partnering with a business based in Hook to recruit a Finance Director. This role reports to the Managing Director and has responsibility for providing leadership and development of the EMEA's Finance and Administration team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the delivery of corporate services, including accounting, finance, and administration functions in accordance with the company's policies and procedures.
  • Take responsibility for the preparation and reporting of company accounts and all statutory returns, including company registration, shareholder matters, and taxation.
  • Develop the Finance team to improve the EMEA's financial, planning, and analysis capabilities, meeting the requirements of both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide sound evidence-based financial insights to support business objectives and financial profitability.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience at a similar level, demonstrating skills in financial and accounting management, including business planning and strategy, managing profitability, project management, formulating and monitoring budgets, and financial reporting.
  • EMEA experience is highly desirable.
