Finance Director (EMEA) - Hybrid Role

Wade Macdonald is seeking a seasoned Finance Director to lead the Finance team in EMEA, driving financial planning, reporting, and compliance while supporting the organisation's strategic goals.

About the Role:
  • Oversee financial accounting, management reporting, budgeting, and tax compliance
  • Develop and implement long-term financial strategy, aligning with business objectives
  • Manage company finances, ensuring sufficient cash flow and preparing statutory returns
  • Drive continuous business improvement through financial planning and analysis
  • Provide financial leadership and coaching to the Finance team
  • Maintain relationships with external auditors and banking partners
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, governance, and regulatory standards
About You:

We are looking for an ACA/ACCA-qualified Finance Director or Senior Finance Manager with a proven track record in financial leadership and business transformation. You will possess excellent communication, strategic thinking, and a hands-on approach, with strong knowledge of accounting standards and tax laws.
