Clinical Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Operations Manager to lead our West Kent Rehab team.
As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the operational management of our West Kent community rehab team, community neuro rehab team, and falls service.
You will work closely with our East Kent counterparts to reduce variation in service delivery and ensure the sharing of good practice across rehab and therapies.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading the operational management of the West Kent community rehab team, community neuro rehab team, and falls service.
- Working collaboratively with our East Kent counterparts to reduce variation in service delivery.
- Establishing and maintaining strong links with primary and secondary care, social services, service users, and other providers.
- Ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of care within services, including meeting contracted and clinically optimal waiting times.
