Job Title: Clinical Registered Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Registered Manager to join our team at Olive Recruit. As a Clinical Registered Manager, you will play a vital role in providing hands-on nursing leadership to our clients, ensuring the highest standards of care and compassion are delivered to our residents.

Job Scope:

As the Clinical Registered Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure compliance with clinical governance and regulatory standards, and foster a culture of compassion, accountability, and respect.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Possess a valid NMC registration as a Registered Nurse.
  2. Have experience working within a nursing home environment.
  3. Be proficient in care planning and documentation.
  4. Show evidence of ongoing Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
