Senior Registered Nurse

Circle Health Group is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Registered Nurse to join our Pre-Assessment Department at the Clementine Churchill Hospital in Harrow.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week across flexible shift patterns. As a Senior Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, promoting a safe and supportive environment, and contributing to the development of our clinical team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individualized patient care, ensuring high standards of care and compassion
- Act as an advocate for patients, promoting their well-being and interests
- Conduct clinical assessments, develop care plans, and implement interventions as needed
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
- Deputize for the Sister/Charge Nurse and lead on clinical shifts as required
- Registered General Nurse level 1/Diploma/BSc in Nursing studies
- Evidence of relevant clinical professional development, preferably with certification RN and valid NMC Registration
- Excellent clinical knowledge, with a focus on evidence-based practice and national best standards
- Basic workload/shift management skills, with an understanding of workload and shift management
- Maths and English GCSE at grades A to C or equivalent functional skills level 2 evidence
- Proficient in the use of a PC, including software and systems
