We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Registered Nurse to join our team at the Clementine Churchill Hospital in Harrow. As a key member of our Pre-Assessment Department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized patient care, adhering to national best practice standards and operational policies.
  • Act as an advocate for patient safety and well-being, promoting a culture of excellence and compassion.
  • Deputize for the Sister/Charge Nurse and lead clinical shifts, ensuring seamless delivery of care.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high standards of patient care, promoting a culture of teamwork and respect.
Requirements:
  • Registered General Nurse level 1/Diploma/BSc in Nursing studies.
  • Evidence of relevant clinical professional development, preferably with certification and NMC registration.
  • Excellent clinical knowledge, with a commitment to evidence-based practice and national best practice standards.
  • Basic workload/shift management skills, with a strong understanding of workload and shift management.
  • Maths and English GCSE at grades A to C or equivalent functional skills level 2 evidence.
  • Proficient in the use of a PC, including software and systems.
