Lawyer for Mergers and Acquisitions

This exciting opportunity is open to experienced Senior Corporate Solicitors who want to take their career to the next level. As a key member of our corporate team, you will play a vital role in advising clients on complex corporate transactions and negotiating deals that drive business growth.
Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Advising clients on Private M&A matters, including share, trade, and asset acquisitions
2. Conducting due diligence and researching market trends to inform strategy
3. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and colleagues
4. Staying up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations to ensure compliance and best practice
Qualifications and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• Significant experience in corporate law, with a focus on Private M&A matters
• Strong understanding of relevant regulations and laws
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Salary and Benefits
