Child Safeguarding Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Child Safeguarding Specialist to join our team at Northamptonshire Children's Trust. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of child protection practices and procedures, with a proven track record of developing and implementing effective safeguarding strategies.
In this role, you will be responsible for conducting risk assessments, identifying areas of unmet need, and developing targeted interventions to support vulnerable children and families. You will work closely with other professionals, including social workers, police officers, and healthcare providers, to ensure that our services are coordinated and effective.
As a key member of our safeguarding team, you will contribute to the development of new policies and procedures, ensuring that our services remain safe and compliant with regulatory requirements. You will also provide training and guidance to colleagues, promoting a culture of excellence and best practice within our organization.
