We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Retail Store Manager to join our team in our flagship store. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for driving sales and profitability in store, while providing an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve store targets and provide a world-class service
• Manage and support assistant managers and supervisors to create special memories for our customers
• Identify and maximise opportunities to achieve and surpass KPIs, while setting the example in exemplary Pandora customer service
• Ensure back-of-house activities enable the store's successful commercial execution

Requirements:

• Proven experience in driving sales and profitability in store
• Ability to understand the importance of Pandora's local and global business strategy and translate it into store, regional and division KPIs
• Experience in using data to identify trends, issues and root causes, and take action to deliver when such opportunities are identified
• Ability to be adaptable and flexible to changing business needs
• Well-presented appearance with a taste for desirable products and a passion for retail
