Role Overview
Network Group Holdings is seeking an experienced Optical Practice Manager to lead their practice in North Walsham, Norfolk. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, knowledge of contact lenses, and the ability to motivate a small team to increase sales. As an Optical Practice Manager, you will be responsible for managing administrative duties, staff training, and dispensing services while ensuring excellent customer experiences.

About the Role
This position offers a competitive salary (£35,000 - £45,000 per annum) depending on experience, with excellent bonus potential. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a well-established chain of Optical & Hearing Care practices, leveraging their knowledge and skills to drive business growth and success.

- Manage a small team to achieve targets and increase sales
- Conduct staff training to enhance skills and productivity
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction
